ESPN Regional Television, Inc., a subsidiary of ESPN, in conjunction with Cancun Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and the state of Quintana Roo, announced the creation of the Cancun Governor’s Cup, an eight-team men’s college basketball tournament last November.
